Refund Policy
Unpaid Orders. You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. Unpaid ordered more than 30 days old are automatically cancelled.
Paid Orders. Please realize that we begin designing your product within hours of when you place your order. If we have not mailed your order, but have already completed the design process there is a 50% cancellation fee. If we’ve already designed, produced and shipped your product we cannot offer a full refund but we are always willing to work with you to fix any issues should there be any or work out another alternative agreeable between both parties
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Custom Items Due to the customized nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied or your item is defective, please contact us and we’ll collaborate and revise for you to get you the item you wanted. We strive for the best products and services and will always help customers get what they wanted.
There is no need to return your custom product to us, as each is custom made and cannot be restocked. Please help us address any issue, design change or alteration you may have during the “Proof for Review” process if applicable, and we’ll ship your document via UPS once we receive your approval.
